Jackson Jude Redding Smith age 6,  has been battling Wilms Tumor since he was 3 months old.  In September 2020 following a 3rd and devastating relapse,  his longtime team of doctors released him from their care into Hospice as the prognosis of his inoperable cancer was at end stage and he could no longer tolerate chemotherapy.  Hospice felt he wasn't quite ready for them either. His parents decided to continue to fight  for their child. They have since opted for alternative treatment in DallasTexas as well as a medical regimen administered at home. These treatments have already proven to help Jackson live pain free as well as giving him quality of life and most importantly, the gift of time. We know he will need these treatments for the unforeseeable future.  The purpose of Jackson's Journey's effort is to help his family fund his costly care as well as expenses and travel.
